Talking cable service rural hall

Moving to Rural Hall soon, and need some info on cable services and/or bundle packages with tv and phone. The web sites are confusing. Looks like only options are Windstream and Time Warner. Is this true? I'm looking for fastest internet connection as watch a lot of videos and tv on puter. Also, any comments on respective reliability of these services/companies would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I believe Time-Warner has an exclusive contract with Forsyth County to provide cable-based service. A friend of mine in the area says they offer up to 8 Mbps on the download.
