Can anybody tell me what the average price for cutting residential, and commercial grass here in greensboro?

I got some quotes a month or so ago which ranged between $35-$50 per mow for our lot which is a little over half an acre. Not sure if those are high/low or typical but that is what we found. I have no idea for commercial.

We've found $50 to $55 for an acre to an acre and a half to be quoted round here (Oak Ridge).
