Question Oak Ridge Meadows?

Hello Greensborons.

After describing my family's particulars concerning our upcoming move to Greensboro, the realtor I have been corresponding with suggested we consider "Oak Ridge Meadows".

I instantly came here to search for information about this area, and found only one thread from 2006 describing Oak Ridge Meadows as having some nice, new (at least five years ago) townhomes for reasonable price.

If anyone can add more detailed and up-to-date thoughts about Oak Ridge Meadows we would be very grateful. General characteristics of the community? Safety? Which elementary, middle and high schools does it feed?

Thanks much.

Hi, Kevin -
I'm assuming you're referring to the Oak Ridge Meadows townhomes which are conveniently located at the intersection of Guilford and New Garden on one side and the Greensboro airport on the other. There is a new grade school about a mile away as well as Guilford College. Here is a link to the CofC that might help you with your search Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. Here's another link, Moderator cut: link removed, linking to competitor sites is not allowed , that shows the properties for sale as well as other information. If your realtor meant Oak Ridge that's a whole different area in Greensboro that, I believe, is just single family homes. However, the CofC link could prove helpful anyway. Good luck!
