Can anyone tell me what this building was BEFORE the post office moved in? I drove by it Saturday and It looked like it was a former Super Kmart, but, after doing research, the Super Kmart was near the Target. This building is way to big to be just a post office, plus it had a gas station on the same pad. The address is 7840 N Point Blvd Winston-Salem, NC.

That is an easy one. It was an Home Quarters Warehouse store. Like a Lowes, Home Depot. They were based out of Virginia Beach. Was built during the 80's. Fact is Kmart was where Office Depot & Burlington Coat is now. Food Lion (Food Town) was next door. And there were a few other shops near that.

Default By the way

The Super K-Mart was built where the I-Max Theater is now. That land was RJR storage shed in the 80's.
