Gyms in W-S
What big gyms are down there in the W-S area and the outskirts and which do you recommend. I like good cardio, weights, classes and not too crowded! Thx.

There are a number of choices. There are maybe 5-6 YMCA's in the area. We also have Rush Fitness, Winston-Salem Athletic Club, Gold's Gym, and others.

I would do the Y. For the money you get a wide range of activities. The offer swimming, gym activities such as basketball, racket ball and tennis. Not just your inside gym stuff weights, bikes or treadmills. Plus they cover the county. You can pick one near you. Unlike other gyms which you may have a drive to get to the one you like.
