Hello! I'm a local greensboro artist and I'm wondering what steps should I take in order to set up shop in Greensboro? I want to take my originals to the public more often . Do I have to get a permit or anything or can I just set up shop and sell my art like in NYC?

I couldn't find anything on Greensboro's city website, but I would expect them to require a permit if it's even allowed outside of street fairs/festivals/etc

Call Greensboro and ask. Oh and in NYC you can't legally just set up shop on a street corner. You DO need a permit. Most cities/towns/villages do have signs saying vendor permits are required.
