I live in a multi-story home. I would like to move a very heavy and solid entertainment center from my third floor to the basement (so 2 flights of stairs). The movers brought it in for us when we arrived and there is no way we can get it down ourselves.
Any companies out there that show up with two or three people, move an item (shouldn't take more than 15 minutes) and charge a reasonable rate?
Locally, I highly recommend Todd's Easy Moves. They're slightly more expensive vs. Two Men and a Truck. But are they worth it! Moved all of my things thirty miles without a scratch. http://toddseasymoves.com/
I think I'd try to find a couple of college guys and offer them a case of beer to move it for you.
This is a good idea. I would even pay them College kids it is! Thanks everyone.
