How are these apartments, specifically the ones at Sherwood...I am looking for either a studio apt. or 1 bed/1 bath in a decent area of Greensboro, ill be going to UNCG and this seems to be one of the better deals I could find but how is the area? I am looking in the 500-900 price range

The other thing I have been considering is staying on campus at UNCG and I was wondering if anyone had heard anything/knew anything about either Lofts on Lee or Tower Village? those look like the two Id be most interested in, but if anyone has any other on campus suggestions i'm open to those too

Alternatively if anyone has any other suggestions for off campus i'd love to hear them...Campus Crossing at Sherwood seems to be the only 1 bed/1 bath I could find close to UNCG that is off campus but I could definitely be missing something!

My daughter lived in tower village 2010 school year, it's ok, very small bedroom, something like 10 x 5, small common area with pretty old deco. Seem's pretty late to get on campus housing but they did a ton of work on there housing, she had some friends who lived at Campus Cross and there was a lot of noise and beer cans around the entrance, last year she was at The School on Spring Gardens, it was ok but the rooms smelled like mold, still noises at night and yes more beers cans, so she is now moving farther away to get away from the party type sence.
