Do you have/would you welcome, a green foods-focused lunch option? Green smoothies and wraps, raw options, for instance? Are there enough downtown workers and residents who want for such?

I'd appreciate your help with this bit of research. I am new to working in the area and green foods is what I do (not for work presently), so...Thanks for your help.

Any particular downtown? I say both Gboro & W-S have the volume and if you want to maximize potential you should offer delivery. As far as people actually eating that type of food I can't offer any useful advise.
BTW, except for 4 weeks out of the year forget about High Point's downtown.

Thanks for that WFW&P. Was thinking Winston Salem mostly, but Greensboro is an option as well. And yes, delivery would be a good idea. Brainstorming here.

I think it would be awesome to have that option. Most people truly eating this style that I've encountered, brown bag it to work. Yes, it is difficult to go out for a lunch, so an option would be nice, but wonder just what your foot traffic would be? Even with Whole Foods and TJ's(almost) here, I still don't think that diet is very popular among the crowd. With the smoothie bar going in on 4th street, I think that would cut into a reliable base of regular joes, who don't exactly embrace the diet. Good luck with the project, I would definitely enjoy seeing it!
