Guilford County is pursuing an undisclosed economic-development project that could create 400 jobs at a proposed industrial park where a county prison farm sits. The project would require 140 acres, and the company would need access to 120,000 gallons of water a day.

What company would use that much daily water?

looks like this fell through its a food distribution company and they decided not to select the site mainly do to water and sewer issues.
