Default Update

Since this popped back up to the top I will give you an update on my search.

I ended up buying house located by the Envioromental Center off of Penny road. The lot-ment is called Meadows of Jamestown. I have lived there for about a year now and it has worked out well. It is only 1.6 miles from Palladium and 3 miles from work.

There is a new dev. right down the road that they are still building up if people are looking that direction. Seem to be in the 230K range.

Wow, I didn't even see how old this thread was initially. The Environmental Center is great, I take my daughter walking there regularly.

I love the walking/biking trail there. We have an entry way to from our lotment which is another plus. That is only about 10 houses down from me.

Yea I was shocked when I saw this tread pop back up and noticed I started it.

Colbype,
I live in the 27410 area and worked off of Piedmont Pkwy. I am relocating to STL and plan to sell my house on my own - my commute door to door was 15 min. If you want to learn more about the house send me a direct message.

Hey, could you private me the name of the company you mentioned. I understand you can't post the name, but I'm very interested in rent-to-own in the 27265 zip code, and I can't seem to find any sites.

Thank you.
