I didn't take it as great news. Another Ham's location did not excited me, especially right in the downtown area. I liked Bin 33 for their martinis and wines, not so much for their food but it was a nice place to catch some live music.

It was never very crowded so I understand its closing, but another Ham's...meh, almost anything else would be more exciting. There's already 3 in Greensboro, 2 in High Point and 1 in Kernserville and now we're adding another. So 4 Ham's in Greensboro...there are 9 McDonalds in Greensboro so at least they're working towards being as ubiquitous as McDonalds.

This line scares me from the article if there newest location is smack in the middle of existing ones:
"...Rocco Scarfone...president of Ham’s, said in 2010 that he was planning to grow the Greensboro-based chain at a rate of two restaurants per year for five years."

I'm inclined to agree with Mystery, as far as Ham's is concerned. This is not a positive addition in downtown. The last time I ate at a Ham's (High Point) the food tasted as if they had reduced the preperation of the meal to strictly using a microwave.
