Default Forsyth County Schools vs Guilford County Schools

Can anyone compare the 2 county school systems? Quality of schools and quality of working in either county. I am anticipating working in Forsyth, but am curious about guilford.

My husband, who is a teacher, did extensive research between the two school systems. In his opinion, Forsyth was the better of the two. You really, really don't want to work in Guilford. It pays more but what you have to deal with is simply not worth it.

Very bureaucratic school system
Very disorganized
Districts always changing
No support from the principals
Kids are undisciplined

My husband stated that he would NEVER work in that system and he's worked in some BAD systems before.
