I am interested in buying a home in Greensboro N.C.. I'm currently live in Baltimore Md I plain to bring my whole family and I'm looking for a safe side of town or the outter cities of Charlotte N.C

yep Charlotte is about 89 miles from Greensboro. So are you considering moving that far away from Greensboro?

PLEASE look around VERY good we looked over in Greensboro two years ago !Was not impressed . LOOK and re look ! Lot of small rural areas that you may like ,Clean/ Old towns small to med size. but lot of new homes and families ! Good luck

If this is your preference then it would make sense one would not be impressed with a city of 260,000 people.
However we are trying to get the OP to tell us how Charlotte factors into looking to live in Greensboro.

A good rule of thumb as far as good areas is to lean toward the north and west areas of town. Downtown is becoming a much "better area" too.

Default jamestown

I am interested in this topic. Jamestown is a good place to live, for a family with young kids? it is very close to high point, i dont know the school is good or not. i mean ele,middle, high?
