They seem to build a ton of communities, but I can't find any reviews of then online.

From what I've seen, they offer a ton of bang for the buck, and my wife and I are looking for a home where they are building (trinity/Thomasville area, off finch farm). We felt ok about the quality, but noticed some buckling on the siding when we looked at a few homes in the colonial village development, so it worries us.

The other builder we are looking at is Shugart homes in Archdale (waters edge)... And we can't find much on them either. Any thoughts or information? We need a larger house for our family and these two builders fit our price range, but at the same time, I don't want to buy something that will cause a ton of headaches.

There have been discussions of Shugart in this forum within the past 1-4 years, most of it somewhat negative. Click on "Search This Forum" in the right upper corner.

Never heard of the other builder.

Shugart=shoddy. Poor workmanship. Cheap everything. We got what we paid for.

Default Wade Jurney

Run, run, run. My client has been waiting for almost a year for his home. Went under contract in Aug 2014 & promised home in January. It's the end of June & they are now saying July so almost a year!! No concessions. They are probably the worst builder I've ever dealt with.

If you want to see your neighborhood go down, then allow Wade Jurney and their cheap homes to be built. We bought a house from Windsor in Colonial Village and then Bill Mullis allowed Wade Jurney to start building I the neighborhood. Wade Jurney brings section 8 type neighborhoods and big cheap boxes

Wade Jurney bought some lots near me that I had been mulling acquiring and drive past regularly. I will say they built vinyl boxes on the lots quicky and got them sold.
