Hello, my mom got a $25 dollar ticket today for speedbelt. But she also got a $250 court fee on this ticket. What is this court fee? Does she fight it? If she decides to fight it, she pays 250 and if she decided to pay the fine, then does she pay 25? or 25 plus 250? Does she get a point increase on her license?

Agree, we don't know what a speed belt for us to determine what the likely outcome will be.
Court fees are part of the ticket, they pay the staff and fund court house and jail.
Depending on what a speed belt is and how she has received in the past will determine the action that needs to be taken.
