Dunlop Aircraft Tyres plans to open a 108,000-square-foot plant and create at least 40 jobs in Davie County by early 2016. The Birmingham, England-based company, which retreads tires used on aircraft, would invest $8.2 million in equipment and building upgrades.
Davie County and the town of Mocksville approved an incentive package totaling about $212,000

They're from England, so I guess we do have to start spelling it "tyre."
And bonnet, boot, lorry, etc.

Ha and we speak it put a emphasis on e in tyre so we can have the accent too.
I like how in the last decade the Triad is creating jobs in manufacturing of the aviation industry.

I'm excited to see when the first sold production HondaJet rolls off the line. The company I work for did some construction work at the facility.
