Hi all,

This time of year my fiance and I like to drive around and look at Christmas lights. We live in Greensboro and visit High Point about once a week. Where are the best places to see lights in either city? (We've already seen Sunset Hills.)

There used to be a nice display on Johnson St in High Point. It was in the historic section and all kinds of things going on in that yard.
Have you seen the nativity display at Greensboro College?

I'm also interested in this - for Winston-Salem as well. We enjoy seeing lights; we've done Tanglewood before. We'd like to find a street or neighborhood where most of the homes are decorated.

I was going to make a thread like this until I saw this one. I live in the High Point area. Would love to know any light displays in the HP/Archdale/Trinity area?

Also, the Sunset Hills in G'boro, is it worth driving from HP to there?

FYI: Saw a neat display in Greensboro on Jefferson St which, runs between Friendly & New Garden. Right now the view is blocked by the city repairing a water main.

We visited Sunset Hills in Greensboro about a week ago. Very nice display, though we prefer a bit more variety in the type of decorations. Definitely worth the drive from Wallburg though.
