My husband may be transferred to Graham from the New Orleans area. I am looking for private schools that offer resource or special education services. My child is currently in third grade and attends a Catholic school. She does very well in a mainstream classroom with accommodations and access to a resource teacher.
Any information about special education in NC would be appreciated. I'm finding very few options and we have almost decided to stay in New Orleans for now, though there are few options here. We've always wanted to live in NC but we can't seem to find many school options.
Contact Wesleyan Christian Center in High Point. It is not all that close to Graham but they can get you started. They have a good program. In 2013, one of their students was named the National Spokesperson for the National Center for Learning Disabilities.
