Default Need to narrow my search on Realtor.com

Could you please provide me with a list of zip codes within the city of Greensboro that have nice townhomes/condos and/or single family homes that are in pretty safe areas and have high home ownership rates and are close to shopping, schools etc. I like a city atmosphere, but not downtown areas nor surburban or rural.

Thanks

there are excellent areas in the 27403, 27455, 27410, and 27406 areas. But each one will have good and not so good.

What you need is a realtor to set you up with an account at www.listingbook.com

Good luck, and let me know if I can help!

In general, the NW and SW parts of Greensboro proper are more desirable for most. These include: 27410, 27409 & 27407. Hope this helps.

search.triadmls.net is the best real estate website for the triad that I've found. It lets you search by a school name if you want, which is really desirable for those of us with kids.

www.listingbook.com will allow you to search by school plus various amenities you must have, would like to have, or don't want. Also there's map functions, daily updates and more.

Let me know if I can help.
