We are trying to find a place to call home that would have at least 3+BR and 2.5+ BA all other usual LR, DR, GR, good size Kitchen if possible. Basement would be a plus as well as 1+ door garage or covered parking area. Our limit for now will have to be topped at $315,000. Sq ft. no more than 3,000 we aren't space greedy...LOL Just kidding. If anyone has any info on any houses that may be for sale please let us know. We are a family of 5 including my husband and I, so family orriented neighbors would be a plus. We have heard good things about this particular area and have been to see some of the houses on the mountain. We were pleased with the views and the exterior of the house's that we were able to see were very beautiful. We would love to be a part of this community so any help would be much appreciated!
