Alexandria, thank you for your reply - I see a property that intrigues but seems high @ $319,500 & its new construction - is that a high # for Peppertree???.........Or pretty standard these days??......Thank you....

Most of the newer homes in Peppertree are starting in the mid $200's. I believe I know the house you are talking about...3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 2 story, about 2600 sq. ft., lot size .74? Please let me know if you would like more info.
