Looks great. A lot of projects. The preforming arts center rendering is incorrect though. Here is the final rendering

Looks like that UNCG nursing building is actually being built on UNCG's campus, not at Union Square. But does anyone know what's going on with Union Square? They haven't updated their website in a while and the last thing that came up when I google it is about some planned townhouses across from the site (which could be cool but I don't know anything new about that either).

I will say that this is the final rendering for the Westin and it will be a 6 story on top of the 6 story deck. But it will actually have 13 floors on the Davie St side. Because of the nature of my job I had access to blueprints.

I can appreciate the incorporation of the Elm Street Center into the Westin which gives it a different exterior look than your normal downtown Westin.

FOX 8 reported what we already know. Westin is moving forward and will be open in 2020 in time for the return of the ACC Tournament to Greensboro.

I imagine some (younger) alumni will prefer that location during The Greatest Homecoming on Earth - 2020 and beyond. Crazy convenient for day parties.

Carroll's Bellemeade deck is back on the table. I knew the city wasn't that dumb.
