I like Dram & Draught. You guys will enjoy. Seems like most Raleigh businesses that expand in Greensboro do pretty well. Still jealous you guys have the bigger Boxcar.
Exactly and when you look at the number of hotel rooms citywide, Greensboro has far more because there are more business travelers and convention business.
Similar concept in the building set up which has garage doors that open the restaurant up with bar stools/tables at the doors.
Yeah, there is that. But the whole garage doors to open to the outside is actually kind of a thing these days in general. Breweries are especially big on this trend.
Similar concept to Crafted The Art of Street Food near the ballpark.
Yes. I actually saw the signage today driving by there. Its on the corner of Gate City Blvd and South Eugene St part of Marty Kotis's entertainment complex.
What Marty kotis entertainment complex? You mean the big dirt field with Christmas lights on it?
I'm tired of Greensboro thinking it can paint a building or throw cheap lights up and all of a sudden
It's a nice place. That is no entertainment complex smh

Marty Kotis is one of those kind of developers who spends very little but tries to make a big impact. I do like his murals but from I understand what he has there now will be temporary. Eventually he said he wants a hotel there and other development once the market is right for more hotels. One thing about Kotis is that he utilizes land instead of sitting on land for 5 or 10 years like most developers do.
