Agreed. That hole at Northline and Hobbs filled with weeds is an embarrassment to the city, Friendly Center, and the surrounding neighborhoods. It has sat in this condition for the past 8 years or so, that's ridiculous. Lomax needs to develop it or sell it to another developer who will. Its a prime piece of land and there is no logical reason that it has sat idle this long with no development.

At least plant something attractive, self sustaining, and low maintenance.
