You're writing all of this as if it's not the easiest thing in the world to check this all out on Google Maps or Mapquest. Even with the most favorable spots (like using the spot just as you pass under 40 as the location of Koury, even though you'd drive a good bit further to actually park and enter), it's still over 3 miles from your definition of downtown (which is a stretch) to the Four Seasons area.

How is this up for debate?
