Very old building located across from Sedgefield Neighborhood (Greensboro, Jamestown: school, town)

There's this very old building located right between Jamestown and Greensboro. So coming from Jamestown it would be on your left. It looks like it could be an old school or something. I refer to it as the harry potter building.

Are there any current plans for this building? It's been sitting for a very long time. What did it use to be?
