Default Beechwood Apts off Lawndale
Still looking for an apt no higher than $550/month.

I found some called Beechwood off Lawndale on Cottage Pl.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these apts, better yet has anyone lived there to give me some first hand experience?

I'd only be living there 6 months, so if it is a complete dump..I could handle it.

Id do some research on the crime in that neighborhood. I do remember hearing a few incedents on the news that have happened in apartments near the Cottage Place.
