I have an indoor TV antenna and I am wondering if anyone knows how well they work in W-S?

I am in Salisbury and have an antenna, get stations from Winston, Greensboro, High Point and Charlotte. All in HD using the small HD Antenna in the attic

I'm very aware, thank you, as we use the methods you mention. I also possess a basic knowledge of signal transmission and assume everyone else does too.

Plug your address into this website & use what comes out as a general guide. Fortunately, most channels , except for ABC, transmit from the same general area near Randleman, so you should be able to point the antenna one time & have success.

45/ABC is in Randleman now. I believe they moved from Sauratown Mountain in the DTV transition.

WXII and UNC-TV are still on Sauratown, 25ish miles northwest of Winston.
