What are the apartments by the ballpark? I thought those were Link?

Link is a brand that Grubb Properties uses for their urban infill apartments. There are Link buildings in Raleigh, Greenville, Richmond, Charlotte, etc.

Link Downtown will be on 4th street adjacent to the former GMAC tower( now 500 W 5th). Downtown/ West End will have 3 Link projects.

The developer is the Arden group based in Winston-Salem. Looks to be an exciting project.
