Default Question about a couple rentals in the High Point area

Hi folks. Moving out to High point NC next month to take a new job. I have been in Seattle (horrible weather but beautiful sights) for the past year. I was looking at two rentals and I was wondering if anyone can provide information about the general area of each?

Thanks in advance

#1 3708 Creek Point Way
High Point, NC
Near Guilford Memorial Park off Mackay Road

#2 835 Pine Circle Drive
High Point, NC
Oakview area off of N Main St.

Many thanks. Also - looking for other rental housing. If anyone knows any good websites or persons to contact please let me know. I've searched alot on this site and found quite a few good resources.

No one has any idea of either of these two areas? Reason i'm asking is I need to find a place to live for 6-12 months without actually visiting the area. (tough situation)

These both look good on paper/price/features wise... I just dont want to move into some neighborhood where ill hear random gunshots at night

I can help you out, but you didn't express your desires........How much rent are u willing to dish out, what kind of amenities do you want, and do you want a studio? or a 1, 2 bedroom? What type of neighborhood would you like to be in?

the first address isn't in high point, I was wondering why I didn't know if it, heh. it's in greensboro, so.. ask in that forum.

The second house is kinda on the outskirts of town, a decent area near the high point mall, but I've lived in high point all my life (poor me) and I'd be definitely trying to rent in the 27262 Emerywood area, where we moved 2 years ago, it's the nicest in town.

Anything in that zip code near Westchester drive is great, lots of big houses.. I visited Seattle dec 2006, and seriously toyed with the idea of moving there so what you were probably paying there could buy/rent you a large 2000+ square foot home...
