does anyone know a good honest dentist who won't make up fake cavities/dental problems to get more money out of you? I don't mind grumpy, but I haven't had a tooth cleaning in 5-6 years, and just got dental insurance.

Dr Jamal Odeh. (Walker Avenue in GSO) I moved from Ohio after having seen a dentist there in Ohio who said I needed about $3000 worth of work done. I went in told Dr Odeh that I needed such and such done. He examined me said I didn't need any of it done and I was fine. He easily could have agreed and made $$$ off of me. I have now been going to him 20 years and he has always been extremely honest and fair as well as knowledgeable. The fact he teaches twice a week at UNC Chapel Hill Dental School and is well respected is a bonus. Tell him Gina R said hi!

Now I need a good honest dentist too as we have moved from Greensboro to Lexington. Ideally he would take MetLife insurance. Thanks in advance!
