Apartments in Greensboro
I am relocating to the greensboro area around Guilford College and am looking to move into a reasonably priced apartment. The places I have looked at so far are Lincoln Green and Kensington Place, as well as a few other places. Does anybody know anything about these places good or bad? I am having a hard time finding information that says whether or not anything is good. I am just looking for a reasonably priced apartment, hopefully under 600 dollars rent with a majority of young professionals living there. Thanks!

Yea Lincoln Green is not a good place to move to, they are very old, and they tend to lie to their tenants about renovating. The also have a lot of insect problems

Lincoln Green info
I lived in Greensboro NC for a year and loved it. Licoln Green looks beautiful from ones point of view if you have never been there. I ended up choosing Cardinal apartments because lincoln green charged for water and loved my choice. It is near the PTI airport. 2-yrs ago I paid $585.00 for a nice clean 1-brm with a washer/dryer. A couple of my neighbors said they used to rent at Lincoln Green and they jacked up the rent as soon as the lease was up.
