Having just moved here I am at a loss for the most important building/business in my life - the library. Anyone have directions to what would be the closest?

Speaking of the library, which is also very important to me (yes, I will base my move an our final habitation on this one factor), I read on the Commerce website for Raleigh that there is a surge of people moving into the area and a plan to add even more libraries is in the works I guess to keep up with this increasing population, does that mean theres overcrowded libraries, or even WORSE, libraries with no content and not enough funds to update their books, I love my library and feel lucky to be right down the street from a highly funded library (here in Delaware) and worry that I will have to travel just to get to the good libraries when we move, possibly to Greensboro or Raleigh.
