We are looking for houses in the 27265 areas if there are nice new houses and good deals.

is the wilard dairy/Barrow/skeet club area impacted by the fedex runway a lot?

The house agent told us it is in the zone3 and zone4 areas and the house is built with good material, structure, etc., which made us suspect more.

anyone have any insights or knowledge about this?

Also is the area down HW68/penny rd/deep river rd good and have nice new houses?

Thanks a lot.

There are 4 zones there between Willard Dairy and Skeet Club. These areas will be impacted slightly depending on where they are. The Noise Contour proper for the new runway ends at the corner of Clinard Farms and Walpole if I remember correctly.

Good Luck!

Default Noise Cone Contour

I have a recent clipping of a notice from the Airport Authority, which notifies residents that the FAA approved the maps showing the noise contour. To see this map, go to: Home, andclick on "Noise Exposure Maps" - or you may visit the offices of the Airport Authority at the Terminal.

Hope this helps,
Farmartist
