Look up my email Addy and email me via my profile on here. My Life Partner is in a business that can get you several different referrals for a broker if you so choose. He has lived here in GSO for about 30 yrs and can with out a doubt direct you in an area for your search. Happy Hunting!

I had to chime in on this. Realtors operate to a higher code of ethics than a licensee, be they a sales licensee or a broker licensee. A broker licensee can be, and usually here in NC, IS a Realtor. You can go here to read the Code of Ethics.

While a buyer agent is obligated to look after your best interests in negotiating, because of rampant liability issues, giving advice about this neighborhood being better or worse than some other neighborhood could very well be misinterpreted or construed as a violation of Fair Housing rules.
