Hi there, my family and I are planning on moving to the Greensboro area late this summer and after researching, talking to a LOT of VERY NICE people we have kind of settled on the Oak Ridge area. I will be working at 38xx N Elm in Greensboro and it seems like a reasonable commute, the housing prices seem fair and I have heard high praise about the area. My next question is this: Does anyone know of a good rental agent I might be able to talk to about what is and will be available for rent in the area? We want to rent when we first move down (from MN). Since we will be moving sight unseen for the most part, I want someone who will really listen to what we are looking for and be completely honest with me about any problems with the house, area, or anything like that. I know late summer is far off, but I want to have as much secured as soon as I can. Anyone you can refer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

There are not a lot of rentals in the area you are looking- you may try the News & Record (local newspaper) or the Northwest Gazette (covers Oak Ridge area) or craigslist for greensboro.
