On October 17th I went to Sears and I decided to be nosy and I walked down the mall corridor and I looked inside the Empty Department Store Space from the windows in the Mall Entrance which once housed JCPenney and then Hamricks and they had ripped off the roof tiles and you could see all the vents and pipes bare. Would could they be doing maybe a new department
