It is, but I think the town of Bermuda Run has a bigger footprint than just the development and golf course.

I didn't know that. My previous comments were specific to the Bermuda Run development itself.

Default winston salem area

Are there any communities in NC area that have more than the usual amount of NJ, and NY transplants?
My daughter and i miss NJ, but cannot afford retirement there, and I heard there are whole areas in NC of transplants. We would love an areal with lots of east coast influence, and a retire'd persons paycheck.

Yep, you're looking for the Town of Cary, just outside Raleigh, Cary stands for Containment Area for Relocated Yankees.

If you're partial to the coast, look into St. James Plantation near Wilmington, otherwise known as St. Jersey.
