Hello! I'm moving back to Greensboro in May after working in St. Louis for 6 months for work. I lived in Greensboro from July 2015-November 2017 before that. I am looking to connect with the Hispanic community in my area, as the title says. While I'm of European descent, I have worked with multiple Hispanic people in the past and have grown to appreciate their culture, work ethic, language, music, and family strength. Not being very knowledgeable of all the different areas in Greensboro, I'm looking for assistance in identifying different ways to connect with this vibrant section of the Greensboro community. thanks for any help.
Hey,
Going toward the end of Summit Ave out toward Pisgah church and Lee's chapel area there's a Latino area. They have a grocery store, hair salon and a health store. I didn't know what the health store was till I had a friend translate the sign for me.☺ Also there is a nice looking Hispanic chruch out there. They are all the time working on the front of it and making it beautiful.
