I don't understand how her shirt stayed on when she was 'rasslin' with the cops.

While incidents like that could’ve happened at any mall, that certainly isn’t going to do Four Seasons any favors.

Police say Waldrip is charged with resisting and assaulting an officer because she resisted during her arrest and she licked an officer.

That was a misprint:
