Hi, we are planning to move to NC in about 4 years and will be going to NC this summer to look around. We are looking at Raliegh, WS, Greensboro and Charlotte areas. Does anyone know some nice subdivisions under 225k that are near shopping and several nice golf courses? I heard Byrant Park is in Greensboro and that is a nice golf complex.

Default Re:

We just bought in that price range at "The Meadows at Jamestown" It is 1.5 miles from Wendover shopping/bars and gold course is on the road behind us. You should not have a problem finding something in that range, unless you want to be on the golf course. Then you will probably have to pay 10-20K more for the house. In 4 years though a lot can change.

Since G-boro is growing the housing might be up eventually. Never know though.
