You aren't alone. My son contacted his credit card company and he has to dispute the charges. He should have no problem there just the time involved. Why couldn't they give the ticket holders a little advanced notice??

ya, I had scored some of the $10 tickets for my entire family to fly to Burbank California to see family back home. Now we can't afford to go visit them. We too, are now in the process of fighting the long battle of a dispute with our credit card company.

Depending on the bank that issued the card, you might be able to do it online through their web site. I can with Bank of America. Quick and painless.

You would think that in 2008 you could do that with any bank, however with Citibank they are telling me they can't process disputes online and that I need to wait 3 weeks for them to mail me a form, then I have to submit that form via snail mail and then wait God know how long just for them to "reject me".

Default Skybus

Well, Greensboro has lost not only Skybus but Allegiant Air. I knew this unheard of "tin can" airline would not survive with rising oil prices.
I guess we'll all have to continue driving to Raleigh/Durham until the government shuts down Southwest Airlines. The days of cheap air travel is over!!

I can't believe Aloha Airlines went under! I used to live in Hawaii, they have been there almost as long as Hawaii has been a state! :O
