hello i live in greensboro on homeland ave .. do anyone know about bulla street and also is woodnell apts the hood? is it a safe place the apts are like in the cut a little bit

Are the Woodnell apartments on Woodnell street? If so, I would say it's a step down from Homeland Ave. I'm not sure about Bulla St, but seeing "No Trespassing" signs stapled to trees is worrisome. I'm really not sure though.

I agree with bermudatriad. Unless you have some really strong reason for needing to move to either of those locations, I think your current location is a better one.

Both the Bulla Street (off Freeman Mill Road) and the area around Woodnell Street, which is near Huffine Mill Road/E. Wendover Ave./Phillips Avenue have had issues with being in a food desert and unable to support a decent grocery store (not Whole Foods "decent" but something more basic like a Food Lion).

While I hope both areas see improvements, both are rather challenged locations from a standpoint of poverty, crime, upkeep, etc. I can't speak to those specific apartments or locations but even if the property itself that you're looking at is managed well, it's close to some that are pretty sketchy. I can't say I personally would be crazy about either location.
