Default greensboro safe rentals
hello everyone, I currently live in wisconsin and plan on moving to greensboro in july. I was wondering if I could get any advice on any rentals in good areas. I do have a 12 year old also so good schools too. I wanted to rent a house under 625 a month 2 or 3 bedroom. Need to know what zip codes/areas to avoid. ~thanks a bunch~

I can add a few that that are good zip codes I am familiar with:

27408
27403 (except for Glenwood area)
27401 (except on the other side of the railroad tracks away from the center of town)
