Default Anyone familiar with "Mountain Ridge" subdivision south of Lexington?

I've seen on line a few new homes being built in a sub-division South of Lexington (just south of Central Davidson High). Is anyone familiar with this sub division. The street is so new it doesn't show up on any internet maps or satalites.

Do you have or can you get the nearest cross streets or main road near it?

I am not familiar with that subdivision but I can at least provide you with what that area is like.

I believe it's just south of 47 off of Old Mountain rd. The street is so new it's not on any maps, but I believe it's either on "Brusby" or "old Brushy Dr." Do either of those streets ring a bell for you?

I use to train for cross country running down that road so I know the area.
It nice very safe area to be in and your very close to High Rock Lake.
It is rural in that part but short drive into Lexington.
The roads in that area can be narrow than what you may be use to but fun to drive once you get familiar with them.
You are also down the road from Central Davidson schools and I dont think it would be a fair assesment of the schools for my opinion since I graduated a quite awhile from them.
If you have kids then this is a perfect spot for them so you dont have to worry about picking them up from practice etc.
However you will need to adjust your schedule to get around school traffic or learn the rural route alternatives.

I will try to swing by that community this week and see if I can take some photos, my mom still lives in Lexington and I feel guilty when she pays someone to mow her yard so I feel obligated in a way to that for her.

I hope this helps a little.
