Default Cosing on a For Sale by Owner

Hey yall, after months of looking for a home to buy we think we found "the one". However, this is a "For Sale by Owner" and neither of us have any experience with the whole "closing process". Does anyone know a Real Estate Attorney or Escrow company that can handle all of the proper transfer of funds, deeds, etc.? I can find my own home inspector, termite guy, title reports, etc. We both just really don't want to pay a real estate agent any percentage to handle this since we both found and sold the home on our own. Anyone else had experience in buying or selling in a FSBO situation?

You are saving a ton of money on realtor commisions so now go find a real estate attorney who will be looking out for your interests.
I know a lot of people will say you don't need an attorney to close a deal but if something goes wrong down the road you will have to pay an attorney a lot more money to fix your problem. And no I am not an attorney.

You may want to try posting this question on the realtor board.
