I have been looking at homes to rent in the Whitsett/Stoney Creek area. I will soon be working in Greensboro, but wanted to find a location that is somewhat central to Greensboro as well as the Triangle area, which I will visit frequently. I've been looking craigslist for the past several months, and I've noticed townhomes in the same neighborhoods (specifically Whitsett) that seem to be listed over and over again. I know that craigslist isn't the end all and and be all by any means, but it is a good starting point. I was just wondering if anybody knows why homes in this area seem to stay vacant for so long? I've specifically seen homes on Oak Blossom Way and Inkberry Drive in Whitsett listed repeatedly. Thanks for your help!

I can't tell you why they are staying vacant except that most folks who rent want to be in a city as opposed to basically out in the country.
I know that Tom Elder with Elder properties does some rentals in Whitsett. His website is Elder Properties of Greensboro, Inc. - Homes for rent / lease in Greensboro, High Point, Guilford County, Pleasant Garden, Julian, Forest Oaks, Gibsonville, Jamestown, Stoney Creek, Summerfield and tell him I sent you. |
