I cannot sing high enough praises for Jeff Kintner at Coldwell Banker - Triad. We just sold our home in W-S (husband transferred out of town). It was on the market 30 days and we got 96% (net) of asking price. I'd imagine Jeff does an equally good job as a buyer's agent. He's very thorough, attention to detail, and his clients' best interest is his first priority. I was equally impressed with Coldwell Banker - Triad as a company. Their online communications system was excellent, with daily automated e-mail updates.
