What is the name of the nice, older residential area to the north of downtown, and how far is it from downtown? Thanks in advance.

Fisher Park is an established old neighborhood that borders downtown to the north and it goes almost a mile north. The old neighborhood north of Fisher Park is Irving Park which extends about two or three miles north of downtown I think.
